My Approach
I’m a Psychologist who is trained to practice Psychotherapy. Psychotherapy is a treatment method that involves helping individuals understand their feelings, thoughts, and behaviors to address psychological issues, improve mental health, and promote personal growth. It can be used to address Mental health illnesses such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, and grief. I use different types of psychotherapy in my practice, and each session and mode of treatment is tailored to every individual. By working collaboratively, we can develop new perspectives, skills, and strategies that promote psychological well-being and enhance your overall quality of life. We can also address various mental health and personal challenges, providing relief from symptoms, enhancing self-understanding, and improving coping skills, which will foster personal growth by encouraging the exploration of values, beliefs, and goals. Therapy means a change in Greek. As a Psychologist, I give my best work to identify and reverse, thus promoting positive mental health. The long-term benefits of therapy include improved well-being, resilience, and a greater sense of fulfillment.
